This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information when you visit or use https://aviationgrade.in and its related features, including practice tests, exam-preparation tools, question reporting, feedback, and support services (collectively, the “Service”).

AviationGrade is an independent exam-preparation platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (“DGCA”), any airline, any cadet programme, or any ground school.

3. Practice Scores and Official Examinations

AviationGrade is a private practice and exam-preparation platform.

Your practice answers, scores, progress data, custom tests, and mock-test performance are not official DGCA results. We do not send your scores, account data, practice history, or performance information to DGCA, airlines, cadet programmes, recruiters, ground schools, or other educational institutions unless you explicitly request or authorise us to do so.

AviationGrade does not make licensing, hiring, admission, medical, or professional suitability decisions about users.

4. Feedback and Corrections

AviationGrade may allow users to flag questions, report possible errors, or submit suggestions.

Where appropriate, we may use feedback to correct or improve questions, answers, explanations, and learning material. We may publish a correction, updated answer, or clarification in a corrections log or product update.

We will not intentionally publish your email address, phone number, or other direct contact information as part of a public correction or suggestion.

If you submit feedback to a public community page, please avoid including personal information. Content you voluntarily submit to a public community feature may be visible to other users.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share personal data only where necessary with:
